Hi! Would you like to tell us something about yourself? Who are you, what do you like, what defines you?
Hi, my name is Steven. Cesar Steven Chavez Mandich, that's a lot of names and surnames to handle! Friends and work colleagues know me as Stewie or Papito because of my Instagram username (@bipolarpapito). I am of South American origin, to be precise Ecuadorian, but I have been living in Italy for many years now, more than 17, and I will soon reach 18 as an Italian citizen. Yes indeed, after 18 long years of bureaucracy I finally managed to obtain my Italian citizenship. A citizenship for which I fought very hard, just as I did for all the other things I have achieved in my life. It was not easy to learn a new language and adapt to a new country, but I have always had my family and my friends by my side, and they are the pillars of my journey.
Many people describe me as sociable, sunny, smiling and charismatic. I, on the other hand, want to be full of life, to celebrate and shed tears without holding back, and to always be myself everywhere. There are no longer multiple versions of Stewie. In my free time I try to dedicate myself to my passion for music, expressed both through dancing and singing, a passion that over time has helped me develop deep empathy and emotional intelligence, along with a creative spark.
I try to give my best every day, and this allows me to feel fulfilled, knowing that each time I have given the very best I could. I can say that what defines me most is the way I see things; where others see problems, I see solutions; where there are critical issues, I see potential; success within failure.
And at work? What would a colleague who knows you well say about you?
A colleague who knows me well would say that “I'm a real high-performer”, that I work hard and that many members know me! They would say that I always want to stay up to date, to be a spokesperson, a supervisor of everything that happens in the club, because the club is my second home.
Dreams and plans for your future career?
In this new home that welcomed me not long ago, some of you saw the seed of potential in me. That’s it! One day I want to be the one who looks for talent and people burning with the desire to share their skills and their love of hard work. To be the person to scout talented team members to join our clubs!
The best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is talking with the members, I really enjoy it so much, and besides, each person has a story to tell.

I have a positive outlook on what surrounds me, I have a strong spirit of initiative, organized.
Weaknesses: meticulous when I do things (I could go on at length), a bit touchy and competitive.
